Journey "under the sea" with Ariel and her aquatic friends in Disney's The Little Mermaid JR., adapted from Disney's Broadway production and the motion picture (featuring the enormously popular Academy Award-winning music and delightfully charming book and lyrics). Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories, Disney's The Little Mermaid JR. is an enchanting look at the sacrifices we all make for love and acceptance.


Acting for Film 1 

Wednesdays, 4:30-6 
Ages 8 & up. 1/26- 5/4

This class teaches the basics of acting on camera. From

learning "how the industry works", to audition skills &

techniques and experimenting with different acting methods, students are exposed to the fundamentals required for performing in the world of film and video. No memorization required, all work will be done within class. Students will also create a professional performance resume suitable for future auditions.

Intermediate Adv. Acting for Film 

Thursdays 4:30-6pm

Ages 9 up 1/27-15/5

 Are you ready to land your next acting job? This class builds

on the knowledge and skills gained in our Acting for Film 1 course and is intended for both professional working actors and acting students looking to more deeply explore the process. Topics include performance and audition technique, scene study and character development, exploring truthful relationships, and exercises designed to allow actors to "up their game" in auditions and on set!

Mixing Console


ages 10+ Wednesdays 4:15-6:15pm. 2/2-5/25 This hands-on class provides an overall understanding of theatre tech and set design, including the basics of tool use, shop safety, lighting basics, sound design, and color theory.  Students will create sets, sound and light design for current Reel Kids productions, guided by award-winning technical director Kevin Taylor.

Microphone Sound Editing


Mondays 4:30-6pm 

1/24-5/2, ages 10 & up  Dive into the world 

of cinematic sound design. The class will cover all areas of 

post audio from dialogue, sound design, foley, and mix using 

a variety of materials from documentary to narrative. The 

class will be taught with a combination of lecture, examples, 

workshops as well as a field trip to a real mix house which is 

run by the instructor. The material is designed for filmmakers 

wanting to start their journey into the world of post audio and 

sound design

Hogwarts Chamber! (Play) 

Ages 9-16 1/13-12/5, (Play) Thursdays 4:15-6:30pm

In this play, he plot follows Harry's second year at  Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, during which a series of messages on the walls of the school's 

corridors warn that the "Chamber of Secrets" has been opened.. WANDS BE READY!!!

Ages 14 and up 2/3-5/13 Shows: 5/13-5/15 The meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" - after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, BLOOD. Over time, though, Seymour discovers Audrey II's out of this world origins and intent towards global domination! 


This class will focus on the basics of movie editing. Students will learn about the history of film editing, and splice together 8mm and 16mm film and watch their final product on a projector. Then we will be focusing on modern, digital editing where students will be using tools from a variety of different editing software. They will become familiar with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
