Footloose is the story of Ren McCormack, a teenage boy from Chicago. He and his mother move to the small town of Bomont after his father abandons them. Upon arriving, Ren finds himself at odds with most of the town, including the Reverend Bomont. The Reverend has convinced the town to outlaw dancing, which Ren finds unbelievable. With the help of the Ariel (the Reverend’s daughter) and Willard (a country hick who becomes his best friend), Ren convinces the Reverend to let the teenagers dance, and in the process helps the town to heal from a tragedy that affected them all.

Broadway Dance Class

1/7-2/25 (eight week workshop) 

Improve your dance skills with our Broadway Dance Workshop! This class will focus on the technique, strength and character work that is key to bringing musical theater choreography to life! Students will learn dance combinations from popular Broadway Musicals along with dance terminology and technical skills in order to feel more successful in any rehearsal.

Acting for Film 2 Intermediate

Wednesdays 6-7:30pm

1/18- 4/26 All ages. Expand your talent, strengthen your acting skills, and explore creating solid characters in front of the camera. In this class, we will begin making your actor’s reel, film whole scenes from your favorite films, and fine tune your acting chops.

Film Editing

Tuesdays from 4:30-6pm, 1/ 24-3/14 (8 weeks)


In this class, students will learn the importance of editing, a little bit of film history and famous film editors and their editing styles. Students will find their own film editing style by creating their own projects; and learn the basics of Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro. 

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire 

Fridays 4:30-6:30 1/27-5/5 Shows 5/5-7

The TriWizard Tournament is coming to Hogwarts, but so is He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named. Harry, Ron, and Hermione meet new friends, including Fleur Delacour from Beauxbatons, and Viktor Krumm from the Durmstrang Academy. On top of that, trouble is brewing in the world of the house elfs, and Dobby must help his friend Winky. And Mad Eye Moody is the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Things come to a head at the tournament, where Harry and Cederic Diggory have a fateful meeting, and Hogwarts will never be the same!
